Situation: The DXL website lacked ATS integration, dynamic content feeds and branded recruitment messaging.
Solution: Create an enhanced user experience leveraging the connected intelligence of a SaaS platform delivering a dynamic, branded, job search experience that gets smarter with each candidate interaction and effectively tells the DXL employer brand story.
Results: The launched product helped the talent acquisition team meet their hiring goals. The website won three awards: Mobile WebAwards – Outstanding Mobile Site; Internet Advertising Competition – Outstanding Website; and WebAwards – Employment Standard of Excellence.
